Directions

The Forsyth County Health Department is located at 428 Canton Rd. in Cumming Georgia. From Georgia 400, take Exit 15 (Bald Ridge Marina). Go through downtown Cumming, following Highway 20 West towards Canton. Go approximately a half mile. The Health Department is on the left.

Hours:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

On the fourth Friday of each month, our hours are 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
